Youth/Young People at SULA

For many young people, there simply aren’t enough spaces where they feel truly welcome, listened to, and comfortable being themselves. The SULA Collective exists to help change that.

We’re creating a safe, supportive environment where young people can spend time, try new things, and explore their interests without pressure or judgement. 

Everything we offer is designed to feel accessible, encouraging, and shaped by what young people tell us they want and need. We work with young people and youth in a variety of ways, and have collected many ideas which have shaped the offerings at SULA.

Through small-group workshops, creative sessions, and practical classes, we focus on building confidence, curiosity, and a sense of belonging. By working with trusted partners and using our wider networks, we’re also able to bring new ideas, skills, and experiences from the mainland to Bute - helping young people feel connected, valued, and included.
